Common errors are:
- Username field not filled in (Best to use your email address for your username)
- Password field not filled in or not following password rules
- Missing valid email address
- Missing valid AMA number
Once you submit the application, the next step will be to complete your payment via one of the club officers or mail to the club mailbox. After your payment is received, your application will be processed to member status which will allow you access to the restricted areas of the website.
